This book was written after hearing myself repeat the same message time and time again with each client and realising that the standard belief on healthy eating is pretty much a mess.
This book looks at why myths such as:

- Calories count
- Saturated fats are bad
- Artifical sweeteners are a healthier option to table sugar
- Having fruit smoothies are healthy

The book goes on to to discuss why ‘we are not only what we eat but also what we think’ using case examples as well as simple language without the complex ‘jargon’.
